Since opening its doors in October 2010, The Cut Bar & Grill has become one of Sydney’s favourite lunch and dinner destinations for the corporate set as well as discerning city diners. Housed in a unique underground space with doors that open onto the heritage courtyard of The Argyle, it’s just one part of what makes this stylish space so special.

If you like your dining with a side of opulence, then the classic charm of the space should whet your appetite. Teaming vintage and contemporary furnishings, there’s room throughout the venue for up to 135 seated guests.  Alternatively, for a more intimate group of 20-64 seated guests, we can provide the Cut Bar & Grills menu from our versatile private dining space situated above the restaurants itself in The Rocks Rooms by Rockpool Events.  Cocktail events of up to 120 guests can also be accommodated in this unique and historic venue that includes a private lounge.

Situated in the main restaurant under the ambience of candlelight, you can enjoy some of Sydney’s best food and wine in a venue that is truly a cut above, catering for up to 135 seated guests exclusively.  Or for much smaller numbers, we also have a stunning Private Dining Room, The Rocks Rooms by Rockpool Events situated above the restaurant and via a private entrance serving as an intimate space for celebratory events, product launches, weddings and exclusive evenings of 20-120 guests.
