A variety of enticing dining options are available for you to choose from, whether entertaining, partying or simply looking to impress. With five private dining rooms, a communal banquet dining area, traditional Japanese sunken tables and a sushi bar, Saké Restaurant & Bar can cater to every intimate or elaborate dining need. Ideal for upmarket events and launches, private parties or corporate meetings and conferences, there are plenty of private and semi-private spaces to choose from.
The three Ita-Mae private dining rooms seat 6 and are divided by slated wooden walls facing the kitchen, so you and your guests can view the food coming to life. With three rooms available, you’ll be able to see your food come to life among the company of your nearest and dearest.
The Washi private dining room seats 14, and features screened sliding doors for extra privacy.
Finally, the Kawa private dining room comfortably seats 24 at a large communal table perfect for intimate events, and also features a screened sliding door for privacy.
Complementing the fabulous waterfront location is the venue’s standout feature, Saké Bar. An informal outdoor area, the bar is designed to serve as a destination in itself. Presenting a mouth-watering range of sake and shochu-based cocktails, guests are also able to sample Chef Shinichi’s unique Otsumami bar menu.

Designed to be a destination in itself, Saké Bar is open daily and presents a premium range of Japanese sake and shochu varieties, along with delicious cocktails designed to enhance the true characteristics of authentic Japanese flavours.
Saké Bar is where you can also sample Shinichi Maeda’s Otsumami menu. Literally translated to mean ‘snacks to go with alcohol’, Otsumami is a traditional Japanese concept and Shinichi has given it a Brisbane edge by focusing on local ingredients.
