Opening on Monday 3 July, Jade Temple will offer a sophisticated and contemporary Cantonese dining experience, driven by an extensive and seasonal menu of dishes from one of China’s most-loved cuisines.

Nestled between the CBD and Sydney’s sparkling harbour, Jade Temple resides within the city’s historic Burns Philp & Co. building. Two cast-iron Chinese lions guard the entrance to the two-storey dining room, while inside, plantation shutters, slow-turning ceiling fans and potted palms offer a nostalgic nod to Asia’s British colonial past.

Along with a deep respect for the principles and traditions of Cantonese cuisine, Jade Temple possesses an uncompromising focus on this country’s finest and most sustainable produce. From selection, through to preparation and cooking, respect for produce and provenance remains paramount.
